New: short tank container chassis

New to our range is a short tank container chassis. This chassis is mainly characterised by its shorter length than the traditional 30 ft. tank container chassis and the low step in at the rear. The loading and unloading connection of the tank container can now be operated from the ground by the driver and loading and unloading operator. With traditional 30 ft. tank container chassis this is often not possible, so that one has to climb on the back of the chassis to load or unload.
 
These developments have been driven by the need to increase safety. The concept of a low step in and easy access to the tank container is experienced as pleasant and safe by many drivers and customers. The chemical and food industries are imposing increasingly strict safety requirements, as a result of which in various cases loading and unloading may only take place with this type of chassis. Many transporters have therefore added one or more variants of this short tank container chassis to their fleet.
 
The new Tekno tank container chassis is available with various options such as: ADR sign, long and short hose chutes, bicycle catchers and crates.
