When will my model be available?

The delivery time can be found on the model specifications on the website. This indicates when Tekno expects the model to be released.

How do I know if my model is ready?

You will receive an e-mail from Tekno as soon as the model is ready for delivery. This email contains all the details.

I have moved. How do I change my address?

Your address change can be forwarded by email to info@tekno.nl. Please mention your old and new details in the email.

The payment for the model and shipping has been sent. When will the model be delivered?

If we have received the full payment, we will send the model the next business day. We will send you a track & trace code once the model has been shipped.

I want to pick up my model at Tekno in De Lier. Is that possible?

Yes, that is possible. Every Saturday you are welcome in our museum between 10:00 and 13:00. Also you can pick up your model by appointment (email to info@tekno.nl) at the office.
