How do I return my model?

At Tekno you can return the items purchased online with us within 14 working days, starting on the day of receipt.

You can return the product or bring it back in the original undamaged Tekno box including a completed return form. Then place the Tekno box in the shipping box so that the Tekno box remains undamaged, add the return form to the package.

We only accept undamaged Tekno models, with all documents (such as certificates) and loose parts that have to be assembled.

As soon as we have received your package, the money will be refunded within 5 working days. If you return the entire order, you will be refunded the full purchase price (including shipping costs). In case of a partial return, you will not be reimbursed for the shipping costs.

Physical gift vouchers and cards can not be returned.

Pay attention! Risk and costs regarding a return shipment are for your own account.
We therefore recommend that you send your package with a track & trace code and keep this code in a safe place. This allows you to prove that you have returned the goods. We do not charge postage to re-send your order to you when you wish to exchange an item.
