I received my model, but there are parts missing

If the model has been purchased from a Tekno dealer, you can contact this dealer. He will ensure that the problem will be solved. If the model has been purchased directly from Tekno, please contact the Tekno Service Department via email at service@tekno.nl.

We need the following information:

  • Your name and address;
  • Invoice number;
  • Email address;
  • Description of the missing part(s);
  • Picture(s) of the model where the part(s) is/are missing.
