I have reserved a model through the website, but I have not received a confirmation.

Once your payment has been debited from your bank account, the reservation processed has started. You may also see this in your account on the website.

The payment for the model and shipping has been sent. When will the model be delivered?

If we have received the full payment, we will send the model the next business day. We will send you a track & trace code once the model has been shipped.

What does "Out of stock" mean? and is the model coming back in stock?

This model is no longer in stock. Most of our models are collector items, so they are only produced once in a limited edition.

What does “Reserve model” mean?

This model is still in production and not yet delivered. You can reserve the model by making a deposit. Follow the instructions in the web shop.

What does “Reserve model option is closed” mean?

This model is still in production and not yet delivered. Unfortunately, this model is no longer available for reservation.
