If the model to be returned is under warranty, Tekno will refund the standard shipping fee.

The return address is: Tekno B.V, Coldenhovelaan 8, 2678 PS DE LIER, to the attention of “Service Department”.  Add a letter with your name, address, email address and a description of the complaint.
