Semtrade Svempa’s Shark

The Shark, a well-known legend of a show truck which started life with the base of one of the first Scania 4-Series trucks. This well-known truck was built in 1997 by the very well-known Sven Erik Svempa Bergendahl and has been already a few years at Semtrade in Maasdijk. On special occasions the Shark is presented, just like on the last Tekno Event in May 2019. 

Visually on the outside it is obvious that is not a normal Scania. The baseline is produced with handmade aluminum, additionally the lights on the rear bumper are from the first generation of the Audi A4. Just a look inside the Shark and you will travel back in time with 90’s high-tech: a Blaupunkt 6-CD player and a VHS videorecorder on the backwall.

Everything is still as new; amazing when you think the truck is more than 20 years old, with only 35.000KM on the counter! The first color was purple, later they changed it to the light blue it is now with a diversity of special paint.

This special show truck will be produced in 1/50 scale as a Tekno model and you can reserve it now! Exclusive for this model there will be some unique custom parts developed, so the model will be true to life.
