Scania Red Cross

A beautiful model and help for the Red Cross.

Scania-Vabis started their production in 1890. 110 years later in 2000, Scania produced the one millionth truck.

This truck was a Scania P124 CA 6x4 360 tractor.

In July 2000, this Scania was donated to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) at the Word Trade Fair in Hanover, Germany.
The ICRC has used the truck for humanitarian efforts in the Balkans, in Afghanistan and in Africa.

After all the hard work this jubilee truck has been restored and is now part of the Scania Museum collection.
Tekno has created a limited and exclusive scale model of this iconic truck. The model is exactly the same as the real one and is packed in a exclusive display case.
